I’m Adrienne Zielasko — As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, fitness has always been my passion. I am a certified personal trainer who specializes in functional strength training designed to support long-term health and longevity.

I place a strong emphasis on stretching and mobility to keep the body moving well and feeling its best. Every program I create is customized to match each client’s goals, abilities, and availability. I always begin sessions with an 8–10 minute warm-up to properly prepare the body for the work ahead.

My training style combines hard work with a fun, supportive atmosphere, built on open communication. I look forward to connecting and helping you reach your goals!
